Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
