How long does production take?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order garages take 4–8 days to produce.
Can I customize the color and name?
Yes — all made-to-order garages can be customized with your child's name, color choice, LED lighting, and more.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we primarily ship within the European Union. If you're outside the EU — reach out at illia@kidcarcastle.com and we'll do our best to figure something out.
Will it fit Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars?
Yes — all our garages are designed for 1:64 scale die-cast cars including Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and most other brands.
Do I need to assemble it?
Garages arrive flat-packed with clear instructions. Assembly is straightforward and takes around 30–60 minutes.
