What's covered
Returns& Refunds
Standard returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized products
Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned — unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We put a lot of care into every order, but if something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
Damaged on arrival?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, it goes back to your original payment method — no hassle.
